He was one of the earliest managers who took charges of state-level investment throughout China's mega projects. He had been the roles of Chairmen of boards for several China listed companies. He is skilled in risk management and project investment.

Aaron is the founder of HSF Biotech, he has 20 years' marketing and operation experience in natural ingredients and nutrition supplement, driving the HSF strategy forward with cutting-edge application tendency and managing skills. He initiated several cases of DeePPDTM, succeeding in mutually developing new opportunities among the customers' product applications. He also leads the team with energetic power and passion in customizing needs from the market.

Max is the founder of HSF Biotech, he has 27 years' marketing experience in herb extract and functional oils, he is one of the earliest men who set foot in natural vitamin E and phytosterol in China, known as a nickname of Mr. Sterol Meng. He has broad social connections with upstream suppliers and downstream customers, and won a good reputation for this personal characteristic. He owns expertise in inner organization management and team work.

Dr. Meng is the founder of HSF Biotech, he is also a professor and well-known expert for food processing and fermentation, he has 15 years' teaching experience in university. He is the magazine
editor for China Oils and Fats and China Fruits and Vegetables. Dr. Meng participated in several national key R&D project and programs. He has been years' in innovation of microbial engineering and fermentation technology.

Mr. Guo is the founder of HSF Biotech, he has 20 years' experience in production management. He has 10 years' working in a pharmaceutical company, skilled in factory construction and project management. He knows well about manufacturing facilities and electronic equipments. He is good at inner workshop control and production management.
