Beta-Carotene Oil 30% is a reddish-brown liquid and manufactured by fermentation technology.
Natural beta-carotene is obtained by a fermentation process using a mixed culture of the two sexual mating types(+) and (-) of natural strains of the fungus Blakeslea Trispora. The crystallised product consists mainly of trans beta-carotene. Because of the natural process, approximately 3% of the product consists of mixed carotenoids. The micronized beta-carotene crystalloids are evenly dispersed in sunflower oil and all-rac-α-Tocopherol is added as an antioxidant.

Embedded sensors collect 12 parameters (pH, temperature, cell density) every 10s.
Machine learning-based feeding adjusts C/N ratio → cell density reaches 65g DCW/L (vs. 40g in traditional processes).

48h biomass growth phase: 300% biomass increase.
Metabolic burst phase: Gradient temperature triggers β-carotene production at 10g/L.
