1. Product Description
Natural Phytosterol Ester is made of phytosterol with fatty acids of vegetable origin. Phytosterols, also referred to as plant sterols, are common plant and vegetable constituents, and are therefore normal components of the human diet. They are structurally related to cholesterol, but differ from cholesterol in the structure of the side chain.
Phytosterol esters powder is a kind of white to almost white or yellow spray-drying free-flowing powder. Phytosterol esters are soluble in cold water, and can be used in dry mixes, solid beverages, bakery foods, sauces, medical foods, etc.
2. Why Phytosterol Ester?
Phytosterols are insoluble in water, and only slightly soluble in oil (no more than 5%), which largely limits its application in food and other industries. Phytosterol ester, on the other hand, can be dissolved in oil and has ultra-high permeability.

In the unopened original container 18 months under room temperature; 24 months under refrigeration condition. It shall be stored at ambient temperature, dry conditions, protected from heat, light and oxygen.
