Each treatment was administered for 12 weeks during the 30 minutes before and after daily exercise, which was guided by a sports expert. The results showed that the waist and hip circumference of the amino acid mixture + CLA group were significantly reduced compared to the placebo group. The above study suggests that taking amino acids + CLA before and after exercise can enhance the weight loss effect during exercise and promote fat burning.
