High Oleic Sunflower Oil Powder is a kind of white to almost white or yellow spray-drying free-flowing powder. It can be used to achieve the desired high oleic acid sunflower seed oil content.
It is soluble in cold water, can be used in dry mixes, solid beverage, bakery foods, sauces, medical foods, etc.

Oleic acid is a kind of fatty acid product developed by acidizing, hydrolyzing and rectifying of offcut of cottonseed oil, soy-bean oil and colza oil. It is light yellow clear oily liquid under normal temperature and is insoluble in water and soluble in organic solvents, for example, ethyl alcohol, benzene, chloroform and gasoline.
Applications
1. The Oleic Acid is used on Coatings on fresh citrus fruit, fatty acids, chemicals used in washing or to assist in the peeling of fruits and vegetables, defoaming agents, adhesives, resinous and polymeric coatings, surface lubricants used in the manufacture of metallic articles, substances migrating from cotton and cotton fabrics used in dry food packaging, substances migrating to food from paper and paperboard products.
2. It could be used as Plastic plasticizer, Antistatic agent and softening agent lubrication.
3. It also used for pesticide emulsifier, printing and dyeing auxiliaries, industrial solvents, metallic minerals flotation agent, release agent, oil hydrolysis agent.
4. High Oleic Sunflower Oil Powder can be used for the preparation of carbon paper, typing paper, ball-point pen, oil and various kinds of oleic acid salt, etc.
5. Lubricant oil produced for oil equipment.
