During this trip to Shanghai, HSF brought its new fermented raw material FermAlge® DHA and SoliPro® granulation and coating product innovative solutions to make a surprise appearance, and explored new development paths for biomanufacturing with industry users.
FermAlge® DHA
HSF's FermAlge® DHA comes from the independently screened strain Schizochytrium HSc-01, which has stable growth in batches, uniform and full bacterial color, and a total DHA content of up to 70%. While screening strains, the team also continued to accumulate experience in fermentation technology and production in experiments, and developed production processes for iterative strains. In six years, the team experienced several plans to be rebuilt and rebuilt, and made 32 major and minor improvements. Finally, the fermentation and production process was confirmed. Its biggest feature is that while extracting DHA contained in Schizochytrium, it also protects the functional structure of DHA algae oil to the maximum extent, minimizes the impact of aldehydes and ketones in DHA algae oil on flavor, and minimizes the residues in the product and the chemical reactions produced. The functional oil refining technology has a profound foundation, the oil is clear, the product is pure, the DHA content far exceeds the standards of my country and Europe and the United States, and the content of EPA, an ingredient not friendly to infants and young children, is extremely low.

SoliPro® Granulation and Coating Products
