FermAlge® DHA
HSF's FermAlge® DHA comes from the independently selected strain Schizochytrium HSc-01, which has stable growth in batches, uniform and full bacterial color, and a total DHA content of up to 70%. In the past six years, HSF has continuously accumulated fermentation technology and production experience in experiments. While extracting DHA contained in Schizochytrium, it also protects the functional structure of DHA algae oil to the maximum extent, minimizes the impact of aldehydes and ketones in DHA algae oil on flavor, and minimizes the residues in the product and the chemical reactions produced. The most important thing is that HSF's FermAlge® DHA has no direct connection with any seawater in the production process.
