HSF's β-carotene has three disruptive breakthroughs:
Screening and optimizing natural strains: continuous fermentation for 20 generations without yield attenuation, and stability of 99%
Green process and high purity: low-temperature and efficient extraction, no strong acid, strong alkali or heavy metal catalysts are used throughout the process, and it complies with the EU EC 1333/2008 food additive safety standards
Scaled production: thousand-ton fermentation production line to meet the diverse needs of customers
Leading microencapsulation technology:
Granulation and coating technology (SoliPro® series) HSF has developed granulation and coating technology for ingredients with poor water solubility such as plant sterols and amino acids.
Spray drying technology (VegeLipi® series) For the microencapsulation of functional oils, HSF uses a combination of oil-in-water (O/W) emulsification system and spray drying technology.
