Active Ingredient
GSE Powder contains monomeric and polymeric polyphenols. The mass fraction of monomeric polyphenols in GSE is generally about 10%, mainly including gallic acid, catechin, epicatechin and epicatechin gallate. Polymeric polyphenols include procyanidins polymerized from the above-mentioned monomers. Proanthocyanidins are the most important polyphenols in grape seeds, and the mass fraction is generally 75% to 85%.
