Lecithin is primarily used as an emulsifier to help maintain a stable emulsion between unmixable liquids. The emulsifier decreased the surface tension between the liquids and allows them to form a stable blend. It is lecithin’s ability to simultaneously interact with both oil and water that makes it such an effective and stable emulsifier.

Soy Lecithin Liquid may be stored for 24 months at room temperature in the unopened original container. It shall be stored at room temperature, under dry conditions, protected from heat, light, moisture and oxygen, and in tightly closed containers.

Packaged in 25kg two layers of sterile bags which is packed in one paper carton (Food grade).
