Lutein is found mainly in vegetables, although it is a carotenoid,  but carrots are not the best source of lutein.The more dark green  vegetables, the higher the content of lutein.Such as broccoli, green  cauliflower, spinach, asparagus, green lettuce, etc., are rich in  lutein.The yolk is also a good lutein provider.

Natural lutein is an excellent antioxidant, can resist free radicals.
