Why does it need to taste masking?

Traditional Amino Acid products are hydrolysis by hair or fermentation by corn and which two way all have strong ordor for the Amino Acids like L- Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-valine, L-cysteine, L-methionine etc.

Limited by the taste of the product, it only can be produced into hard capsules and even that, the taste and customers experience is still very poor.
