Performance Description: Long-chain fatty acid edible oil is made from edible vegetable oil and medium-chain triglycerides (derived from palm kernel oil and coconut oil), through an ester exchange reaction by lipase, and processed by distillation, decolorization, deodorization, and other processes. It has a relatively low level of trans-fatty acids and stable performance.
