Technical Features
Fermentation technology:NutraColour® Beta Carotene powder is fermented from Blakeslea trispora, which belongs to the phylum Zygomycetes and requires co-cultivation of two mating type strains, "+" (male) and "-" (female).
Microencapsulation technology: Our pure encapsulations beta carotene is formulated for stability, ensuring consistent quality and performance in various applications.
Functions
1. β-carotene is the precursor of vitamin A and the main source of vitamin A in the human body.
2. After β-carotene enters the human body, 50% of it becomes vitamin A through the action of enzymes in the liver and small intestinal mucosa.
3. The average absorption rate of β-carotene in the human body is 1/3 of the intake, and the conversion rate of β-carotene into vitamin A in the body is 1/2 of the absorbed amount.
4. The human body absorbs and utilizes 1/6 of the ingested β-carotene.
Product Applications
1. Medical Purpose

Storage and Package
Storage
When stored in a cool dry place in the unopened original container, shelf life is 24 months after the date of manufacture. It should be protected from light, heat, oxygen and moisture. Stored at cool temperature and in dry places. Use promptly after the original container has been opened.
Package
Packed in 1kg or 5kg sealed aluminum foil bags, 20kg or 25kg per drum.
